Hurricane Harvey
In August of 2017, the category 4 Hurricane Harvey hit Texas and Louisiana. The storm’s high winds and heavy rainfall caused billions of dollars of damage.


Our Impact
As always, Humanity First USA assisted survivors in a variety of ways. HF provided 600 meals, and distributed over $15,000 worth of emergency supplies. 25 boat rescues helped save those stranded from flooding, and 95 households received cleanup assistance. Families also received help filling out FEMA assistance forms.
