For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Humanity First USA include and and Humanity First USA. The Humanity First website is a Not For Profit site. By using the Humanity First USA website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, Humanity First USA may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

If you donate using the Humanity First USA site, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the donation transaction.

Humanity First USA collects and uses your personal information to operate our website and deliver the aid described on their site that you chose to take part in.

Humanity First USA does not sell, rent or lease its volunteer or database lists to third parties.

Humanity First USA does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. Children under the age of thirteen must have the permission of a parent or guardian to use this website.

Humanity First USA may contact you via email for the purpose of providing
news, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other communication.
