Invited dignitaries also addressed the audience or met with Humanity First USA to offer support, including US Congresswoman Norma Torres and Vice Minister of Health Guatemala, Miguel Figueroa, and Iliana Dominguez, Member of Congress, Guatemala.

Nasir hospital has been named in memory of His Holiness, Hadhrat Mirza Nasir Ahmad, the third Worldwide Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, in recognition of his lifelong commitment to serving humanity through schools, hospitals, and clinics. The name “Nasir” means “Helper.” Humanity First aims to make Nasir Hospital the first of many Humanity First facilities in Latin America where access to healthcare is greatly needed.
